Designed to serve the infrastructure demands of a rapidly growing community, this $16-million, 56,000-square-foot facility features a pinwheel configuration of three programmatic wings. This spatial arrangement maximizes both perimeter daylighting for administrative offices and the efficiency of drive-through vehicle bays, while inherently allowing for the independent future expansion of each wing.

The administrative wing consolidates Public Works, Engineering, and Parks & Recreation offices alongside shared meeting rooms and core amenities. The maintenance wing comprises a four-bay vehicle repair garage, a dedicated wash bay, a parts inventory room, and specialized workshops for welding, carpentry, and small-engine repair. The tempered storage wing accommodates a secure fleet garage, staff change rooms, and conditioned storage facilities.

The surrounding 11-acre works yard is optimized for logistical efficiency, integrating salt and sand storage, a fleet fueling station, granular material bins, and auxiliary cold-storage structures.
