Bob has over 30 years of experience in the design and management of the firm’s academic, transit, municipal, culture and recreation projects. He joined RDHA in 1987, became a principal in 1998 and was instrumental in directing the firm towards its current culture of design excellence. He is known as a good listener and effective leader who inspires those around him to achieve excellence in every aspect of project delivery. Geoff joined RDHA in 2008 and is responsible for many of the studio’s sustainable design projects that have received LEED certification. He has designed sophisticated and award winning industrial, transit, recreational, office and post-secondary education projects, including the Town of Newmarket’s Operation Centre & Works Yard that was the recipient of a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence, and a Governor General’s Medal for Architecture. Geoff is a current member of the Hurontario LRT Design Excellence Conformance Review Panel (DXCRP).
