The upper level works yard is thereby made secure, with public access through a recessed two-storey lobby accessed beneath the cantilevered building volume.
Under construction at just $200 per square foot, this 100,000 square foot building includes offices and staff amenities, a fleet maintenance garage, workshops, indoor vehicle storage and fleet wash facilities.
